A Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) in the State of Florida since 2015, Lonn has worked closely with Boards of Directors, residents, legal counsel, and vendors to support well-run, financially responsible, and compliant communities.
Lonn also offers deep experience in commercial landscaping management, giving him valuable insight into one of the most visible and impactful elements of community operations.
